Transforming complex technology into meaningful design

Creating the information architecture for all phases, starting from the initial MVP to the future vision, was a crucial first step. Equally important was establishing navigation patterns and core components.

Users wanted instant access to their to-do list, highlighting time-sensitive and urgent tasks upon login. So, we added a to-do widget and a global button for easy access throughout the platform. They can also approve and reject transfers directly from there.

Making one of the most important tasks for our clients easy and efficient was crucial. They wanted to filter down to a specific types of transactions and have the ability to approve, reject, or send for repair without leaving their current screen. So, we integrated a feature that allows them to view full transaction details and take action seamlessly.

We established a desktop design system with reusable components, to be used in other internal banking tools.
